Chicken tacos

These are great. Take 1 pound chicken breast cook then shred add a package of taco seasoning. You can cook extra meat then bag and freeze it in single serving portions for lunches. I like to use whole wheat tortillas found some last night that are garlic and herb they were awesome. This is a healthy very tasty way to have tacos less fat than using burger and tastes just as good. My sister sent me a new recipe yesterday going to be trying out tomorrow so be on the look out for that review. have a great day all.

Breakfast

One of my breakfast favorites is an omelet. These are easy and can be very good for you. I don't like a just egg white omelet so I use one whole egg and three whites. Crack them into a bowl whisk them together pour into a fry pan. I sprinkle a little lemon pepper on about now. There are all kinds of ingredients you can use I personally like to use diced ham about four ounces, diced peppers (bell peppers usually), mushrooms, tomato, and a little cheese. Wait til the eggs have started to cook add rest of your stuff fold over and let cook til done. I know this one isn't very specific but there are so many things you can put in just use moderation. These can be very fun to make with your kids also, let each one pick what they want to have their own special order omelet. Have a great day all til tomorrow.
